Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major construction project within a healthcare environment in the Dorchester area.
The project is currently approximately two-thirds complete and has progressed into the construction and fit-out phase. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the project through this stage and supporting its successful completion.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience delivering projects within healthcare environments
- Experience working for Tier 1 main contractors
- Strong project delivery experience within construction environments
- Experience managing projects through the construction and fit-out stages
- Building services experience would be highly desirable

Role Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the project during the construction and fit-out phase
- Coordinate project activities to maintain programme objectives
- Liaise with project stakeholders and site teams
- Monitor progress and support successful project delivery
- Ensure works are carried out in line with project requirements
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector
- Healthcare Project Experience Preferred
- Previous Tier 1 contractor experience essential
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Available to start at short notice or immediately
