Project Manager

12 Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid (Lichfield & Remote) | 37.5 Hours per Week

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering meaningful change? We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Manager to join our Transformation team and play a key role in delivering strategic projects that make a real difference. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex business and digital transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on the ongoing development and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, you'll drive projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring successful delivery against time, cost and quality objectives while maintaining robust governance throughout.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects
  • Managing project scope, plans, risks, dependencies and governance activities
  • Developing high-quality project documentation including business cases, PIDs and benefits realisation plans
  • Facilitating project boards, steering groups and stakeholder meetings
  • Monitoring project progress and providing clear reporting to senior leadership teams
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives
  • Supporting business readiness, change adoption and successful implementation
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management standards, tools and methodologies

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong governance knowledge and a passion for delivering successful outcomes.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing complex projects within structured project management frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of PRINCE2 and other recognised methodologies such as Agile, MSP or PMP
  • Experience working on digital transformation or change programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience using project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Power BI, Jira or Smartsheet
  • The ability to influence and drive progress across teams without direct authority
  • Experience within healthcare, social care or a similarly regulated environment would be advantageous

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline
  • Professional Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, Agile or PMP
