We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering projects through the full lifecycle, ideally across a mixture of business change and technology-enabled change initiatives.

• Confident in creating robust plans, managing budgets and coordinating activity across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of how to identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies effectively, while adapting your approach to suit the needs of different projects and delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in building trusted relationships, facilitating productive conversations and bringing people together to make informed decisions.
• Collaborative, proactive and pragmatic approach, with the ability to create clarity, solve problems and help teams deliver successful outcomes.

A Little More About The Role

• Lead projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, governance and controls.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality measures and deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders, project teams, suppliers and subject matter experts.
• Produce clear reporting, updates and recommendations for sponsors and governance groups.
• Support the definition, tracking and realisation of project benefits.
• Plan and coordinate communications, engagement and change activities.
• Support the transition of project deliverables into business-as-usual operations.
• Build strong relationships across the IET, encouraging collaboration, ownership and accountability.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve successful outcomes.

• Proven experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Experience delivering business change and/or technology-enabled change projects.
• Strong planning, organisation and project control skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and project performance.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Understanding of benefits management and project outcome realisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to a wide range of audiences.
• Understanding of change management principles and approaches.
• Ability to coach, support and coordinate project teams.
• Experience working across multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience within a membership organisation, charity, not-for-profit or volunteer-led environment would be beneficial.
• Relevant project management qualifications or certifications would be advantageous, but are not essential.
