Project Manager (6-Month Contract)

C&C Search is currently recruiting a Project Manager on an initial 6-month contract for a globally recognised professional services firm based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-profile operational improvement projects and employee engagement campaigns within a fast-paced, collaborative and people-focused environment.

About the Role

Position: Project Manager (6-Month Contract)
Salary: £55,000-£60,000
Office set up: Fully office based everyday in their London-based office

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engagement campaigns from concept through to delivery, driving participation and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Manage operational improvement projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards and project objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, logs, and leadership reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance and wider business functions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, committees and initiatives.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, budgets and milestones, providing clear updates and escalation where required.
  • Support the creation of materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with wider operational and business objectives.

Background and Experience

  • Ideally you will have extensive experience in project management, within a business services or a similar environment.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders within a fast-paced corporate or professional services setting.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior leaders.
  • Experience delivering employee engagement initiatives, campaigns or change programmes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Highly organised with strong analytical, problem-solving and project governance skills.
