Overview
A digital health agency in London is hiring a Project Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is based in White City, West London, with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days on-site (4 preferred). The salary is around £45,000, and candidates expecting above £50,000 are still welcome to apply.
This is a mid-weight PM role sitting at the heart of a busy, integrated agency team delivering digital creative, strategy and campaign projects for pharma and medical clients. The business works at real pace across multiple concurrent projects, and this person will be the connective tissue: keeping creative, strategy and account management all moving together, on time and on budget. If you thrive on variety, ownership and genuine collaboration rather than siloed task management, this is the kind of role where you can make a visible difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end delivery across a range of digital creative and campaign projects
- Run stand-ups and keep project teams focused and on track
- Build and maintain project timelines, flagging and resolving clashes before they become problems
- Manage resource forecasting, including daily and weekly requirements and monthly or quarterly staffing outlook
- Track burn and produce financial reports, raising flags on over-service early
- Input into scopes and estimates in collaboration with the client partnership team
- Identify risks proactively and put mitigation plans in place
- Communicate clearly across all levels, from internal craft teams to senior stakeholders

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Success Looks Like
- Projects delivered on time and on budget consistently across a high volume of concurrent work
- Established agency processes followed and upheld, contributing to team efficiency rather than disrupting it
- Strong working relationships built quickly across creative, strategy and account management
- Recognised by the team as a reliable, organised owner of their projects from brief through to delivery
Team and Culture
- Integrated way of working: creative, strategy, account management and PM all operate closely together
- A team that moves fast and expects everyone to pull in the same direction
- Proven processes are in place and valued, the expectation is to work within them, not around them
Challenges
- Volume and pace are real: this person will run multiple projects simultaneously, which is why agency experience is a firm requirement
- The role demands consistent organisation and efficiency under pressure, week in, week out
- Processes are established and effective, so the right hire brings discipline and rigour rather than a desire to rebuild from scratch
