Lead the Future of British Army Training

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in UK Defence or Ministry of Defence programmes?

Do you thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments where delivery, collaboration and operational excellence are critical?

We're looking for a CAVS Project Manager to play a key role in delivering the UK's next generation of military collective training capability. Working within the OMNIA Training consortium, you'll help transition and deliver the Combined Arms Virtual Simulation (CAVS) capability as part of the Army Collective Training Service (ACTS), supporting one of the UK's most significant Defence training programmes.

This is an opportunity to work alongside leading Defence organisations including Raytheon UK, Rheinmetall, Capita, Skyral and Cervus, helping shape the future of British Army training.

The Role

As CAVS Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering critical elements of the CAVS programme, ensuring resources, stakeholders and delivery teams are aligned to meet programme objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
