Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of iGaming game portfolios for global clients.
This role will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end lifecycle of game delivery programs, coordinating cross-functional teams including Game Design, Art, Mathematics, Development, QA, and Regulatory compliance, acting as the primary point of contact for managing & communicating delivery progress to internal stakeholders and Clients.
The senior project manager role will be responsible for managing multiple game development projects across for our most significant and strategic global clients.
The ideal candidate will deliver the agreed project outcomes by aligning project management techniques, ensuring effective collaboration across client and internal teams, and enforcing delivery governance to ensure high quality games can be delivered successfully to the agreed scope, schedule and financial commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Portfolio Management
- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of multiple iGaming game projects, from concept through to development, certification, and market release.
- Plan, prioritise, and manage a portfolio roadmap of game releases aligned with commercial and client objectives.
- Agree project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Manage the development of project contractual documents e.g. Statement of Works.
- Track project progress, identify issues, risks, project dependencies and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including maintaining accurate information across internal project management systems.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Proactively monitor project delivery metrics, implementing preventive and corrective actions as needed.
- Identifying and implementing best practices for project planning and delivery.

Stakeholder Management
- Drive strong stakeholder engagement, building trusted relationships with clients, internal delivery teams and leadership.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients.
- Communicate accurate and timely project status, issues, risks, dependencies and delivery timelines to internal and client stakeholders.
- Manage project escalations to delivery leadership.
- Lead and operationalise ‘ways of working’ across internal and client teams, spanning project kick-offs, ongoing delivery governance through to project closure.
- Coaching iGaming project managers on planning and delivery best practices.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Facilitate planning and delivery collaboration across internal and client teams spanning Game Design, Art, Mathematics, Development, QA, Release, and Regulatory compliance.
- Ensure games meet technical, regulatory, and platform requirements across target jurisdictions.
- Manage third-party vendors and development partners where applicable.
- Work in conjunction with commercial teams to support client proposals.
Delivery & Release Management
- Coordinate game release planning across design, development, QA and client teams, ensuring delivery commitments are achievable.
- Track project entry and exit gates across delivery phases and impacted teams to ensure the overall delivery lifecycle is governed.
- Ensure smooth integration and deployment of games to clients.
- Oversee game certification and regulatory submissions across different markets.
Risk, Issue, Dependency & Change Management
- Proactively identify project issues, risks and dependencies related to development, compliance, or delivery timelines.
- Manage client change requests, assessing feasibility of changes and impact to current scope and delivery schedules.
- Develop mitigation plans and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
- Maintain accurate issue, risk and change documentation and reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computing, Business, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3-8 years experience of managing multiple concurrent projects or portfolios.
- Experience working with onsite and remote cross-functional global teams.
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- iGaming experience is a plus.
