The Role
As The Project Manager, You'll
- Manage refurbishment, fit-out and minor works projects from inception to completion.
- Deliver multiple concurrent building fabric and M&E projects valued up to £1m.
- Develop project scopes, tender documentation and procurement packages.
- Manage programmes, budgets, risks, variations and overall commercial performance.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Ensure compliance with CDM, RAMS, permits and health and safety requirements.
- Chair progress meetings and provide clear reporting to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee quality, commissioning, handover and completion of O&M documentation.

About You
To Be Successful As The Project Manager, You'll Have
- Proven experience delivering refurbishment, fit-out and minor works projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects across building fabric and M&E disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, programming, cost control and risk management.
- Good technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems.
- Knowledge of CDM, Building Regulations and construction health and safety requirements.
- Experience managing contractors, procurement, variations and project budgets.
- Strong client-facing, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites.
- NVQ Level 6, SMSTS, CSCS Black Manager Card, NEC4 knowledge or relevant professional/project management qualifications would be advantageous.
