Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys delivering complex change across both digital applications and physical infrastructure? Do you want to work on high-profile public sector programmes that really matter?

We are looking to recruit five Project Managers to join a large, established delivery team supporting secure, government-facing programmes.

About the Roles

Three of these roles will focus primarily on application deployment, while two roles will have a stronger emphasis on infrastructure delivery. All roles sit within the same programme environment and work closely together to deliver end-to-end outcomes.

You’ll be working across application transformation and infrastructure implementations, so adaptability and confidence working across different delivery models is key.

This role is ideally London-based. We work in a hybrid way, with flexibility built in. You can expect monthly travel to client sites, with a minimum requirement of quarterly office attendance, alongside remote working.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of complex projects within large public sector programmes.
  • Managing scope, schedule, and budgets across projects typically ranging from £10k to £10m.
  • Delivering either application deployments or infrastructure-led implementations, depending on role focus.
  • Overseeing infrastructure rollouts where required, including hardware deployments such as telephone lines and PCs.
  • Driving effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication at all levels.
  • Producing and maintaining clear project reporting using MS Project and Excel.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
