Delivery Project Manager

6 week initial contract | Remote
PAYE / Umbrella
Must be available to start within 2 weeks

We're hiring for an experienced Delivery Project Manager to join a critical programme on a short-term contract basis. This is a hands-on role for someone who can quickly assess the current state, bring structure to delivery plans, and drive alignment across multiple workstreams to ensure key project milestones are achieved.

You'll be the link between the IT workstream and the wider programme, ensuring technical activities, testing, training, SOPs/LOPs, and business readiness activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered in line with project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess existing project and workstream plans.
  • Identify, manage and track dependencies across IT, testing, training, operational readiness, SOP and LOP workstreams.
  • Establish clear ownership, accountability and reporting across workstreams.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, issues and gaps, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Produce and maintain integrated plans, milestone tracking and progress reporting.
  • Support programme leadership with planning, governance and delivery assurance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
