The ideal location would be Hampshire as the key locations are Farnborough, Crawley, Southampton, Wrexham, Coventry and Oxford.

You will come from a Hard FM Engineering background and have cut your teeth within the FM Projects environment or moved across to it ideally during your M&E Maintenance career.

Working Conditions

  • Happy to travel but there is the flexibility to manage your own time and work hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing projects from cradle to grave, happy to come up with solutions as you build your pipeline through demonstrating what's good and maintaining high standards throughout.
  • Networking internally with your team, you'll be a solid leader with a wealth of experience looking for your next senior move in an exciting and fast paced environment which is extremely rewarding.
