The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join Robert Walters as a Consultant.
As a Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What You'll Do
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams, service providers, third-party vendors, and the programme team.
- Design, implement, and manage the migration Command Centre and implementation playbook.
- Drive the testing strategy to ensure system and process readiness for the future operating model.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing across workstreams, including tracking and defect management.
- Partner with global and regional managers to promote consistency, best practice, and thought leadership.
What You Bring
- Proven project management experience within asset management.
- Proven delivery of large-scale strategic, technology, and operational initiatives.
- Strong experience managing complex testing across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and defect governance.
- Solid knowledge of investment processes, market practices, IBOR, and ABOR.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver in a matrix environment.
