About the Role

Title: Project Manager
Location: London

Responsibilities

  • Should have 10+ years of experience managing CRM projects and development initiatives.
  • Should have experience working with Veeva Vault and in the pharmaceutical domain.
  • Well-versed in project planning, estimations, risk management, stakeholder management, and execution.
  • Should be able to control the cost of delivery of the project and improve profitability.
  • Leading projects, communicating with clients and internal teams, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Scoping tasks, phases, and projects with input from multiple teams.
  • Development and management of project timelines and project plans.
  • Identification and mitigation of project risks from time to time.
  • Validation and presentation of project deliverables.
  • Assurance of the quality of deliverables and operations of managed resources.
  • Technical analysis of project milestone deliverables including designs, wireframes, and specifications.
  • Identifies risks associated with integration requirements for a web development project.
  • Schedules and prioritises tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensures that challenges and issues faced by the technical team are accurately conveyed to all stakeholders.
  • Helps in the analysis and build of data schemas for complex integrations and technical specifications of complex deliverables.
  • Establishment of close working relationships with internal team members.
  • Keep communication warm and complete at all times with all the internal and external stakeholders/customers.
  • Track record of executing web development projects in SLA driven committed delivery model.
  • Well-documented and process-driven project management practice, which is anytime audit-ready.
  • Should have strong analytical ability; feasibility analysis of the requirement/designs.
  • Should have very good communication skills.

Qualifications

Qualification: MBA
Min 6-10 yrs. of exp in Project management & 5+yrs of exp in a client-facing role.

Required Skills

  • Superior communication skills.
  • Should have managed large teams.
  • Proficient in financial concepts.
  • Life science/pharma background would be mandatory.
  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and manage clients’ expectations.
  • Ability to take initiative with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for networking and updating oneself on the latest market trends and relating it to identifying business opportunities.
