We're looking for a proactive Project Manager to help keep Red Volcano moving.

This isn't the sort of project management role where you'll spend your day updating spreadsheets or sitting in endless meetings. You'll work directly with our CEO to make sure projects get delivered, people follow through on their commitments, and great ideas become reality.

We're a fast-growing AdTech business that believes technology should make work simpler, smarter and faster. We embrace AI, automate wherever we can, and move quickly. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing multiple projects from start to finish
  • Coordinating teams and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Running Agile ceremonies and keeping delivery on track
  • Using Monday.com (or similar) to manage projects
  • Introducing AI tools and automation to improve productivity
  • Identifying risks, solving problems and driving continuous improvement
  • Working directly with the CEO to turn ideas into delivered outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
