Project Manager - Pilot Rollout (CRM & Mobile Application)

West London (Hybrid - 1-2 Days Per Week)
£60,000 + Benefits
12-Month FTC (Potential to Extend)

A global audience insights and analytics organisation is undertaking a major transformation programme and is seeking a Project Manager to lead the rollout of a new CRM platform and mobile application across an initial group of pilot markets ahead of a wider international deployment.

This is not a technical delivery role. Whilst exposure to CRM implementations would be beneficial, the focus is on rollout execution, stakeholder engagement, business readiness and change adoption.

We're looking for someone who has successfully rolled out systems, tools or processes across multiple business areas, regions or countries and can effectively partner with local teams to ensure change is successfully embedded.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with local market leaders, operational teams and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with local participants and manage feedback through to resolution.
  • Support training, communications, adoption and business change activities.
  • Track actions, risks, dependencies and rollout milestones across multiple markets.
  • Gather local market requirements, issues and enhancement requests and feed them into the central programme team.
  • Support go-live planning, deployment activities and post-launch adoption.
