About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing Mechanical fit-out business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
You will manage all aspects of mechanical installation, including programme, commercial performance, procurement, subcontractors, site resources, quality, health & safety, and client relationships.

Projects may include commercial offices, CAT A/CAT B fit-outs, retail, hospitality, residential, healthcare, and other high-quality building services projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Take overall responsibility for the mechanical delivery of allocated projects.
- Manage projects from mobilisation through to practical completion and final handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes in conjunction with the wider project team.
- Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, architectural, structural, and other building services packages.
- Monitor progress against programme and implement recovery measures where required.
- Attend and lead project meetings with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and commercial information to senior management.
