Remuneration: £75,000 + Discretionary Bonus

  • Project Manager position responsible for a range of Building Surveying and Compliance projects (covering fire safety, security compliance and remedial works projects across a range of commercial and public sector buildings)
  • Manage multiple projects from order acceptance through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Review drawings, prepare scopes of work and specifications, and manage tender processes to ensure projects are commercially viable.
  • Coordination with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Regular site visits across Oxfordshire to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance.
  • Project documentation, handovers and regulatory compliance while supporting the
  • Overseeing projects with a value of up to £1.5m

The Ideal Applicant

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Building Surveying & Compliance with:

  • Must have experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector
  • Highly advantageous to have experience working on public sector projects (education, healthcare, local authorities, social housing etc.)
  • Ideally have experience within the fire protection, fire door, automated doors, M&E works or a related sector
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills)
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
  • Must be a great team player
  • High levels of organisation
