Tridonic is the Zumtobel Group’s electronics manufacturer, at the forefront of the electronics industry. We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) at our site in Spennymoor to plan, report and coordinate business projects and ensures that are completed on time and within budget. You will operate within a structured management process and uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Planning projects, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks within his/her project team to the assigned projects.
• Coordinate and plan all resources for the product creation under consideration of the product roadmap, ensures timely availability of the needed Effort Estimates.
• Collaborating with other departments to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Delivering regular project presentation updates to senior management.
• Providing financial reports and budget outlines to the Head of PMO Spennymoor and other business executives.
• Acts as first escalation point for all project conflicts within her/his team responsibility.
• Cross site alignment of project responsibilities.
• Continuously monitors the project status in terms of costs, timeline, resources, product performance and provides solutions in case of deviations.
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
