The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our talent pipeline for upcoming major infrastructure projects in developing markets. We are currently progressing through the bidding process for these opportunities, and this advert is intended to identify and engage suitably qualified candidates ahead of potential project awards.
The anticipated projects will be large-scale infrastructure developments, offering the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of complex projects in challenging and rewarding international environments.
Experience working internationally, particularly across the Caribbean, Latin America (LATAM) or West Africa, is highly desirable. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing infrastructure, construction or building projects, with experience across sectors such as airports, roads, bridges, industrial parks, hotels or office buildings.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring and control of programmes and projects, ensuring that activities are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Working closely with internal teams, delivery colleagues, clients and project partners, you will establish effective project controls, manage risks and dependencies, monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures and relevant standards.
You will play a key role in establishing projects from the bidding and planning stages through to mobilisation and delivery, helping ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the bidding process and subsequent project set up by agreeing the overall project scope, objectives, timescales and costs with colleagues and partners responsible for delivering the services
- Compile a detailed project plan - what needs to be done, when, by whom, and to what standards, including critical paths and detailed work breakdown schedules
- Identify project risks, threats and opportunities and work with colleagues to develop, mitigation plans and actively manage the risks
- Ensure that all documentation, drawings and plans are controlled and administered in accordance with the document control procedure and appropriate company processes and standards are adhered to
- Manage the project compliance process, ensuring that regular project reviews take place, that senior management are fully aware of progress and potential issues and appropriate authorisations are made
- Proactively flag problems and deviances from plan and initiate corrective actions, effectively communicating any changes and updating project plans and documentation

Essential Criteria
Your Experience & Skills
- Previous experience as a Project Manager on large infrastructure projects such as Roads, Bridges, Hotels, Office Buildings, Airports or Industrial Parks
- Regional experience either in West Africa, Caribbean or South America
- Excellent construction knowledge
- Degree in Engineering or Chartered Civil Engineer is highly desirable
