Experienced Project Manager Needed

Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure, pace, and clarity to complex projects? We’re looking for a confident and delivery-focused Project Manager to join our Retail Services team based in Welwyn Garden City AL7 1EL.

Role Overview

Working closely with the Head of Retail Network Projects, you’ll take ownership of assigned projects and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring they are delivered to agreed scope, timescales, budget, and quality standards.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting the successful transition of new or enhanced products, services, and processes into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and governance through to implementation and handover.
  • Work with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, success measures, and integrated delivery plans.
  • Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and quality expectations, resolving issues and escalating risks where needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contributions, ensuring responsibilities and deadlines are clear.
  • Provide clear project reporting, updates, and management information to support effective decision-making.
  • Support operational readiness, including processes, documentation, training, support arrangements, and post-implementation ownership.
  • Capture and embed lessons learned to improve future project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
