Key Responsibilities
- Manage medium and large-size technology implementation and hardening projects from kickoff through completion
- Serve as the single point of accountability for cross-functional, client, and vendor coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Leverage ServiceNow and other PM tools to create and maintain project artifacts, dashboards, and reports (e.g., Charter, Communication Plan, RAID Log)
- Schedule and facilitate internal and client-facing meetings
- Drive resolution of issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Drive project execution and hold workstream owners accountable for milestone delivery
- Clearly identify dependencies, risk, or blockers and communicate or escalate them appropriately
- Recognize GDPR and other compliance-related dependencies affecting project scope or delivery, and loop in the appropriate legal/compliance stakeholders as needed
- Monitor and control risks, timeline, budget, and quality to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute process improvement input and solutioning ideas for internal PMO collaboration
- Other duties as required

Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills

- 3 to 8 years of experience as a Project Manager leading technology projects
- Experience successfully communicating with and leading project stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of technical security and disaster recovery concepts
- Experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline
- CISSP certification preferred
- PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred
