Project Manager - Technology, Digital & E-commerce
London | Hybrid
£80,000 - £100,000
12-Month FTC with opportunity to become permanent
We are working with an established luxury retail organisation looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its Transformation Management Office. You must have experience in consumer-facing e-commerce / retail environments with strong digital transformation experience.
You will take ownership of multiple complex projects across technology, digital, e-commerce, data and business change, working across internal teams, senior stakeholders and third-party technology partners.
The Role
- Lead multiple projects from planning through delivery, go-live and transition into BAU
- Manage project plans, budgets, scope, dependencies, risks and change
- Coordinate delivery across technology, digital and business teams
- Manage multiple systems, integrations and third-party vendors
- Provide clear reporting and drive decisions with senior stakeholders
- Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover and go-live activities

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience delivering complex technology, digital or e-commerce projects
- Project Management experience within retail, e-commerce or another customer-led environment
- Proven end-to-end delivery experience across complex systems and integrations
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
- Strong governance, RAID, budget and vendor management experience
- Confidence working with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Experience across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments

Experience across enterprise e-commerce platforms, ERP, data platforms or complex systems integration would be particularly relevant.
This is a hands-on delivery role rather than a PMO coordination position. We are looking for someone who can quickly take ownership and drive complex projects through to delivery.
There will be an opportunity for the successful candidate to move into a permanent position. The client is looking to appoint quickly, so immediate or short-notice availability is highly desirable.
