Role: Project Manager (Software Implementation / Healthcare Tech)
Location: Lincoln (Hybrid; approx. 2 to 3 days per week)
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience)

An established, purpose-driven software solutions provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer onboarding, conversion, and software delivery. In this role, you will take ownership of concurrent client implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless software rollout across varied client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead and deliver multiple medium-to-high complexity software implementations and data conversions, managing timelines, scope, budgets, and milestones.
  • Governance & Documentation: Maintain core project controls, including Project Initiation Documents (PIDs), RAID logs, and regular board/highlight status reports.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and internal cross-functional teams, facilitating regular status meetings and managing Change Advisory Board (CAB) requests.
  • Client Adoption: Guide clients through adoption best practices to ensure long-term platform engagement and value realization.
  • Mentorship: Support junior colleagues through regular feedback, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.

  • At least 3 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering software implementations (experience in medical/health tech environments is highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated delivery of complex implementation projects from kick-off to go-live.
  • Strong working knowledge of standard project management software and formal governance frameworks.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and proactive escalation management.
  • A valid UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional client site visits.
  • Desirable: Formal project qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) or prior domain knowledge in healthcare/clinical workflows.
