Project Manager Opportunity
We are working on an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Project Manager to join a progressive, well-established construction business delivering some of London’s most prominent commercial fit-out projects.
This is an ideal role for a rising star who has built a strong foundation in commercial fit out and is now looking for the platform, autonomy and responsibility to take the next step in their career.
You will join a £30m+ landmark commercial project in the heart of Central London, delivering a complex Cat A and Cat B fit out. Initially operating as No.2 to the Project Lead, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the scheme, with a clear view to progressing into running your own project following successful completion.

The business is looking for someone with ambition, drive and potential someone who wants to take ownership, develop quickly and build towards becoming a Project Lead in their own right.
Working closely with the Project Lead and wider delivery team, you will be given genuine responsibility and the opportunity to develop into a Project Lead in your own right.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of a £30m+ commercial Cat A/Cat B fit-out project.
- Working closely with the Project Lead across the full project lifecycle.
- Taking ownership of key packages, subcontractors and project deliverables.
- Managing programme, quality, commercial and health & safety requirements.
- Coordinating design, procurement and construction activities.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Contributing to project planning, reporting and commercial performance.
- Supporting the successful handover and completion of the scheme.

You'll be joining an organisation with a strong pipeline of secured work extending through to the back end of 2027, giving you long-term stability and a clear platform for development.
