The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a growing, private equity-backed energy brokerage business at an exciting stage of expansion. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how change is delivered across the organisation, supporting both organic growth and future acquisitions.

Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, you will lead the delivery of critical projects, introduce effective project management practices, and help create the structure needed to support ongoing growth while maintaining pace and agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver business-critical projects, including operational improvements, process optimisation, and systems change initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Introduce and embed practical project management frameworks and delivery processes.
  • Bring structure, visibility, and accountability to complex or evolving initiatives.
  • Act as the central coordination point for cross-functional projects and business change activities.
  • Support post-acquisition integration planning and delivery as the business continues to grow through M&A activity.
  • Balance hands-on project delivery with the development of governance and reporting structures.
  • Drive progress and influence stakeholders across the business without relying on formal authority.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
