  • Lead the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, with clear ownership of timelines and outcomes

  • Manage day-to-day delivery, keeping projects on track and addressing issues early

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to minimise impact
  • Track progress against key milestones and provide clear, concise updates
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business

  • Manage changes to scope in a controlled and practical way
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, keeping updates relevant and actionable
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery processes and ways of working

  • An ability to translate high level stakeholder expectations into detailed project briefs
  • Strong track record of delivering projects end to end, with a clear focus on execution and outcomes
  • Experience working in a technology, IT, or software delivery environment
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and workstreams at the same time
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility quickly and demonstrate assertiveness
  • Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Well organised, with strong planning and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of delivery
  • Practical and solution-focused when managing risks and challenges

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
