Project Manager – Operational Change – Hybrid – £60,000 plus benefits
We are recruiting a Project Manager to deliver operational change projects across a complex, multi-site organisation.
You will manage change projects across a variety of locations and workforce groups, ensuring they are delivered to clear and fixed timelines. This is a 12-month contract offering hybrid working, with 1–2 days per week onsite.

What you will be doing:
- Deliver workforce and operational change projects across multiple sites
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against key milestones
- Work closely with operational teams, site leaders, and senior stakeholders
- Provide clear project updates and documentation
- Support the successful implementation and adoption of change

- Project management experience within a complex, multi-site organisation
- Experience in retail, logistics, warehousing, healthcare, or a similar operational environment
- A proven track record of delivering projects to fixed timelines
- Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills
