We are Seeking a Project Manager
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join Marks. The Project Manager provides day-to-day support to the Client Service Team, whilst collaborating with our Creative, Operations, and Production teams, playing a critical role in driving project success. This individual will leverage in-depth project management expertise, a thorough understanding of creative and design project workflows (with a focus on packaging), and strategic talent identification to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. As a senior figure within the team, this role demands not only a hands-on approach to projects but also mentorship of junior team members when required, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage a vast array of projects from inception through completion, ensuring they achieve the desired quality, meet deadlines, and adhere to studio processes
- Develop comprehensive project plans and workflows, identifying the necessary talent and resources to achieve project success
- Serve as a key liaison among client/client service, internal stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Conduct detailed quality assurance checks, ensuring all deliverables meet client briefs and company standards before final delivery
- Proactively identify and address potential project roadblocks, providing strategic solutions to maintain project momentum
- Foster a collaborative and agile work environment, demonstrating independence and resourcefulness while also promoting teamwork
- Oversee and contribute to process improvement initiatives, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across client service and internal projects
- Mentor, guide, and support junior project management staff, leading by example and encouraging professional development
- Lead both client and internal meetings, confidently presenting project statuses, plans, and outcomes
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation that can be shared with other internal employees and teams when required
- Develop and maintain a detailed project tracker to monitor and track progress
- Oversee changes to the project scope, timeline, and costs (working with the CS team to ensure all costs are captured)
- Successfully manage and own multiple projects and high-volume deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
Ideally, you'll have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Graphic Management Services, or a related field
- Significant and proven experience in project management within a design agency or similar environment, with a strong emphasis on brand and pack projects
- Proficient understanding of brand and packaging design requirements, including print-production basic knowledge, i.e., Flexo, Litho, and Gravure printing processes
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showcasing initiative, a passion for learning, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
