Project Manager - Global Risk Assessment and Financial Services
An innovative organisation in the global risk assessment and financial services space is looking for a Project Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the planning and execution of advanced machine learning initiatives, helping to turn complex data insights into actionable business solutions within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the planning, execution, and release of multiple machine learning and generative AI projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Manage dependencies across internal and external squads to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of product increments.
- Facilitate quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and Agile ceremonies including Scrum and Kanban practices.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across analytical and technology teams to ensure transparency through dashboards and performance reporting.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively while tracking quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience leading end-to-end delivery of AI or Machine Learning initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in Agile leadership, including coaching teams in Scrum/Kanban and managing backlogs in Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to manage dependencies and facilitate high-level decision-making.
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, ideally supported by certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master.
