IT Project Manager
Contract Length: 2-months
Location: Hertfordshire - roughly 1-2 days onsite a week
Day Rate: £500 Inside IR35
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver several application and platform projects within a business going through significant transformation.
You’ll be expected to bring structure, pace, and control from day one, managing complex stakeholders, challenging timelines, and third-party partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully and transitioned smoothly into BAU.

Key Experience Needed
- Strong experience delivering bespoke application and/or platform projects
- Proven end-to-end IT project delivery experience
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Strong experience managing challenging or shifting timelines
- Excellent stakeholder management across complex environments
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and RAID management
- Experience overseeing service readiness and transition into BAU

Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning and delivery of assigned IT projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Build and maintain detailed project plans and delivery schedules
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners
- Establish clear project governance and reporting
- Manage complex stakeholder groups and influence decisions
- Identify and resolve delivery risks and blockers
- Ensure projects are operationally ready before transitioning into BAU
