Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO professional to support project governance, tracking, reporting, and coordination activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project governance standards and methodologies.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Consolidate project updates and provide timely reports to management and stakeholders.
- Track project budgets, resource utilization, and project milestones.
- Identify project risks and issues, escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, policies, and PMO frameworks.
- Support portfolio management activities, including project prioritization and resource planning.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent project management certifications.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, IT, business change, or operational projects.
- Knowledge of portfolio management and project governance frameworks.
