About The Opportunity
We are looking to build our talent pool for Project Manager positions based in Manchester. Roles of this type could sit within dynamic teams where you would coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, manage budgets and risk, and work closely with stakeholders to keep projects on track. What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Owning end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to closure, managing timelines and milestones
- Planning, coordinating and delivering across multiple workstreams with clear ownership and accountability
- Identifying, assessing and managing project risks and issues, with escalation where appropriate
- Producing regular status reporting and governance documentation for stakeholder and leadership visibility
- Facilitating agile ceremonies and coordinating delivery across teams using both traditional and agile methodologies
- Collaborating with product, engineering and operations stakeholders to refine requirements and align delivery
- Overseeing budget management and financial reporting against project allocations
- Supporting process improvement and operational efficiency within project delivery

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 3–5 years' experience in end-to-end project delivery and project planning
- Demonstrated experience with risk and issue management, reporting and governance
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Competence in financial analysis, budget oversight and process improvement
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and coordinating delivery in agile environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
Nice-to-have experience could include programme governance, user story creation, backlog refinement and advanced stakeholder collaboration in agile settings.
