Project Manager Opportunities
Due to rapid global expansion, our client is seeking several Project Managers of different seniority levels to join the team in Bracknell.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will excel in the management, oversight, and successful delivery of multiple projects.
Collaborating closely with the sales team, your role involves managing client relationships and implementing a dynamic, cost-effective, and customer-centric delivery experience to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Initiate projects in accordance with the prevailing project management methodology, establishing the appropriate level of documentation and control.
- Ensure projects are delivered within established tolerances for time, cost, and quality.
- Maintain project documentation to high standards, ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Develop and implement test plans aligned with customer requirements.
- Manage virtual project teams as necessary.

Customer Relationship Management
- Establish a single point of contact for the customer throughout the project, with agreed escalation paths.
- Manage customer communications during the project life cycle, ensuring satisfaction and regular contact between virtual teams.
Sales/Financial Support
- Contribute to bids and tenders, providing project management input to presales support activities.
- Manage project costs, maintain sales margins, and track/recover additional costs.
- Generate accurate forecasts for planning and budgeting.
- Understand and maintain financial control throughout the project life cycle.
Process Management and Improvement
- Ensure key project milestones are met before progressing to subsequent stages.
- Implement project controls at the initiation stage, including risk, issue logs, and change control methods.
- Maintain internal systems and reporting tools to reflect the current state of a project.
- Conduct project debriefs to identify and propose improvements.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent.
- Strong experience in project management within the technology sector, preferably SaaS and CX.
- Consistent achievement and surpassing of customer expectations.
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish within deadlines.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, and/or hardware and software development.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Motivational skills to drive team success.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
