Project Manager
Real Estate Development Consultancy, London
Industrial & Logistics/Data centres
An award-winning real estate consultancy specializing in project management services for the UK's best-known property developers, known for their innovation and design, is looking to appoint a Project Manager to take a leading role in a growing I&L/Data centre market. You will gain exposure to first-class professional teams and clients working across this fast-emerging sector to deliver best-in-class schemes from pre-development stages through the lifecycle of the project.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be part of a collaborative work culture and have the independence to take responsibility for a scheme overseeing all Project work streams including strategic design, financial control, construction legals, statutory approvals through to practical completion. You will be expected to demonstrate full confidence in your role as a client lead across all project management principles, such as risk management (time, cost, quality), stakeholder management, planning process and budget management; managing client expectations as well as regularly interfacing with contractors on regular site visits monitoring progress as Employers Agent ensuring the JCT/NEC Contract and performance is being adhered to.

Key Responsibilities
- Part of a collaborative work culture
