Your Mission

We are seeking a results-driven, strong communications Project manager to lead and coordinate the offshore development team, while keeping the Program Management team well informed and aligned on the Progress.

What You'll Do

  • Align with Program Manager and individual Digital Delivery leads of the Delivery roadmap and plans
  • Serve as a liaison between offshore dev team and onshore Program team
  • Help Track committed deliverables with offshore teams, escalate any Risks, issues with Program Manager and individual Delivery leads
  • Ensure Quality standards, best coding practices and security guidelines are adhered to.
  • Provide clear and timely communications to Program
  • Manage and provide visibility in Teams holidays and coverage plans
  • Foster a collaborative, productive environment across remote teams

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing offshore or distributed project teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, coordination, stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP or Agile certification
  • Hands on experience with project management tools like Jira, confluence
  • Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
