The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects within our Commercial & Infrastructure vertical. This is an opportunity to work closely with customers who are navigating industry-wide challenges, including workforce shortages, increasing operational costs and rising customer expectations. Through the successful delivery of Totalmobile solutions, you will help organisations improve workforce productivity, optimise resource scheduling and gain greater operational visibility.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve value from their investment, combining strong project leadership with outstanding stakeholder management. Working across multiple teams and disciplines, you'll drive projects from initiation through to successful deployment, delivering solutions that create meaningful and measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

You will take ownership of project delivery from initial project kick-off through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You'll build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle while providing regular updates on progress, risks and key milestones.

You'll establish and maintain effective project governance, including project plans, Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) and RAID logs, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery. You'll also work closely with Sales, Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions between project stages, creating a seamless customer experience and setting the foundation for long-term success.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a customer-focused project professional with at least three years' experience delivering software implementation projects within a software vendor billable-services environment. You will hold a recognised project management certification, such as PRINCE2, PMP or CAPM, and have a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer-facing projects from initiation through to completion.

You'll be an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with customers and internal teams alike. You'll be comfortable navigating complex environments, managing competing priorities and driving projects forward with confidence and accountability. A proactive mindset, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes will be key to success in this role.

Experience working with SaaS, Field Service Management or workforce management solutions would be advantageous, as would familiarity with matrix delivery environments and business transformation projects.
