You'll be comfortable leading projects through their full lifecycle, managing stakeholder relationships, controlling budgets and risks, and ensuring safe, successful delivery of capital investment projects.

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Capital Delivery team.

HOW WE WORK

Working arrangements vary across our Capital Delivery teams and are agreed on a manager-by-manager basis. As a result, office and home-working expectations may differ depending on the team and role you join.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience delivering engineering, construction, operational, or capital projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Strong project management experience, including programme management, risk management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge where appropriate.
  • Experience managing contractors and supply chain partners to achieve project outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of project controls.
  • Ability to make decisions, manage competing priorities, and drive projects forward.
  • Full UK driving licence

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
