Job Description: Project Manager
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of remediation and transformation workstreams across Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity Management (BCM). These individuals will be responsible for managing dedicated pods of SMEs, business stakeholders, and delivery resources to drive remediation activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver strategic change outcomes.
The role requires strong project and programme management capabilities, deep domain expertise, and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders while maintaining delivery momentum across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated remediation or transformation pod focused on TPRM, Operational Resilience, BCM, or a combination of these disciplines.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of pod objectives, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes are actively managed.
- Drive remediation plans arising from regulatory reviews, audits, control assessments, risk events, or programme findings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across risk, operations, procurement, technology, and business functions.
- Manage governance activities, including status reporting, RAID management, action tracking, and steering committee updates.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide clear updates, escalate issues, and support decision-making.
- Ensure remediation activities are implemented effectively and demonstrably meet regulatory and organisational expectations.
- Support the development and enhancement of frameworks, processes, controls, and operating models.
- Track programme progress, benefits realisation, and delivery against agreed objectives.
- Contribute to programme-wide planning and provide leadership across multiple interdependent workstreams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
