Project Manager – Product Implementation

England (Hybrid) | Extensive UK Travel Required | Full-Time

Our client is one of the UK's leading leisure and entertainment operators, offering premium gaming, hospitality, and customer experiences across a nationwide portfolio of venues. With a strong focus on exceptional service, innovation, and creating memorable guest experiences, they are committed to building talented teams in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

They are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading organisation operating a large multi-site estate across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-profile installation and transformation projects, delivering gaming product rollouts across new builds, refurbishments, acquisitions and existing venues. If you enjoy managing complex projects, leading technical teams and working with a broad range of stakeholders, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring installations are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to coordinate nationwide deployments and drive successful project outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
