Position Available: Project Manager
Location: Hertfordshire (hybrid)
Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Experience needed:
- Project or programme management experience, ideally gained within a complex matrix organisation.
- Strong experience in risk management, schedule management, Earned Value Management, and leading multidisciplinary project teams is particularly important.
- Candidates should also possess excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a delivery-focused Project Manager to join a complex, fast-moving, and highly collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Managing project performance
- Working closely with stakeholders at all levels

The role will involve:
- Navigating changing priorities
- Managing risks and schedules
- Ensuring projects remain focused on their key delivery objectives

What we need from you:
- Project or programme management experience, ideally within a complex matrix organisation
- Strong risk management skills and experience conducting schedule risk assessments
- Experience leading projects from a business and delivery perspective
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management, schedule adherence, and project performance controls
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound commercial judgement and the ability to solve complex problems
- Strong communication and motivational skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
- Confidence working within a changing environment and dealing with ambiguity
- Bidding and estimating experience would be advantageous
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to share best practice and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
