Company Description
Quadmark is an embedded enablement partner for fast-scaling, multi-market technology companies, working closely with global leaders. We focus on helping teams sell, lead, and perform consistently in environments defined by rapid product evolution, AI acceleration, distributed teams, and demanding buyers.
Quadmark thrives in complex, urgent situations, collaborating directly with client teams, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and reinforcing learning over time. Instead of standardized, one-off programs, Quadmark co-designs tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact and sustained performance change. Clients typically experience tangible results within 30 days whilst often maintain long-term partnerships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Own delivery. Create clarity. Make projects land.
The best deliveries look effortless. That is the work.
As a Project Manager at Quadmark, you own the execution of client programmes from plan to close. You turn complex work into clear plans, and clear plans into delivery that clients trust.
You are not just coordinating tasks. You are creating the structure, rhythm, and visibility that allows teams to deliver high-quality work consistently.
When you do this well, clients experience smooth, on-time, on-budget delivery. Your Pod Lead can focus on growing the account. And your team knows exactly what is expected of them.
If you take pride in building order from complexity — and want to be trusted with delivery that matters — this is that role.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY ABOUT
The Project Manager owns delivery.
- You are responsible for turning plans into outcomes — reliably, consistently, and without surprises.
- You think ahead. You build plans that people trust, surface risks early, and keep delivery on track when things shift.
- You create clarity. Teams know what they are doing, when they are doing it, and what good looks like.
- You do not wait for problems to appear. You anticipate them, raise them early, and act on them.
- And you build delivery systems that work — and you apply them consistently across your projects.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
Planning, scoping and setup
- You build plans people trust.
- You turn project scope into clear, structured delivery plans — milestones, dependencies, timelines, and ownership all defined before work starts.
- You scope work properly upfront so that surprises become rare, not routine.
- You align teams early. Everyone knows what is needed from them and when.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
