Company Description

Insights is a Learning and Development company that aims to change the world through the power of self-awareness.

Our core purpose is to create a world where people truly understand themselves and others and are inspired to make a positive difference in everything they do. Like any brilliant team, we’re made up of different people. A career at Insights is about welcoming people for who they are and supporting their journey towards whoever they want to become.

As we continue to evolve and grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead business-critical transformation projects that shape the future of our organisation.

Job Description

As Project Manager, you'll be accountable for the successful delivery of transformational change projects within our Programme Delivery team. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards, while aligning outcomes to our strategic objectives.

You'll help shape project direction, establish effective governance, manage risk and dependencies, and ensure change is adopted successfully and sustainably across the organisation.

Brand project experience is particularly important for this role. We're looking for someone who has successfully led a company rebrand, brand refresh or brand repositioning programme, balancing multiple workstreams and supporting adoption across the business.

What you'll do

  • Lead transformational projects from initiation through to completion
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, timelines and success measures.
  • Establish effective governance and ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality standards.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Build strong relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, suppliers and partners to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with technical and business teams to turn requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Support change adoption, communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned across projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
