Project Manager
Pinnacle, the technology solution division of K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. This role will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of ERP implementation and customer software enhancement projects for our clients in the SME market.
This role is central to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time, while maintaining an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with customers, consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders to manage implementations, integrations, third-party solutions, and software development projects.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, process-driven, and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong focus on project governance, customer satisfaction, and effective resource utilisation.
This role is predominantly based from home, with travel to an office or client site as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Planning
- Liaise with the New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to be clear on the solution.
- Identify and escalate any gaps between the sold solution, customer expectations, and delivery requirements.
- Arrange and chair internal and customer project kick-off meetings.
- Create and maintain the project plan, including phases, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance points.
- Resource Coordination
- Plan and coordinate resources across consultancy, engineering, development, training, support, and third-party providers.
- Coordinate third-party solutions, integrations, and bespoke software development.
- Ensure customer decisions, information, data, and actions are provided by the required dates.
- Monitoring and Documentation
- Monitor dependencies between ERP, development, infrastructure, managed services, and external suppliers.
- Maintain project documentation, including the project plan, RAID log, action log, decision log, change log, and status reports.
- Risk and Issue Management
- Identify, assess, manage, and escalate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish project tolerances and escalate exceptions promptly.

- Proven experience managing software implementation projects.
- Strong project planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing software development, integrations, and third-party solutions.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
