Project Manager / London / £70-£75k / Hybrid

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on variety, enjoys working with senior stakeholders and wants to make a visible impact across an entire business?

We're partnering with a leading, high-profile retail organisation to find a Project Manager to join their team and lead a diverse portfolio of exciting business projects. The role offers hybrid working, providing a balance of collaboration with teams in our client's London office and flexibility to work remotely.

This is an opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being at the heart of the business. You won't be managing the same type of project day in, day out, this isn't a traditional Project Manager position.

Your projects could span retail operations, people and HR, technology rollouts, new food and product ranges, customer initiatives, process improvements, business change and much more.

You'll work across multiple functions, bringing teams together, managing complex stakeholders and making sure projects move from initial concept through to successful delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a varied portfolio of projects across different areas of the business
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Managing projects across retail operations, people, technology, product and business change
  • Creating clear project plans, managing risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines
  • Bringing structure and momentum to complex projects
  • Managing change and ensuring projects deliver the intended business benefits
  • Working with teams across the organisation to ensure successful implementation
  • Helping shape and deliver new initiatives in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
