Join a growing Managed Service Provider delivering high-profile technology projects across the housing and government sectors, working closely with clients, NICE and other technology partners.
Project Manager | Contact Centre Technology | 12-Month FTC
Salary: £60,000 (flexibility for an exceptional candidate)
Remote UK Wide
This is a hands-on Project Manager role taking ownership of the full lifecycle delivery of CCaaS and Contact Centre technology projects - from implementation and migration through to go-live, service transition and closure. We're looking for someone with genuine CCaaS/CX implementation experience rather than a traditional telephony or networking background. You'll work alongside customers, technology partners, and internal teams to deliver complex projects in a busy but highly supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through to go-live and closure
- Deliver CCaaS/CX implementations, migrations, upgrades and transformation projects
- Manage project finances, governance, risks, issues and change control
- Lead stakeholder engagement across customers, third parties and internal teams
- Work closely with NICE and other technology partners
- Maintain accurate project data and reporting through Certinia
- Support project kick-offs and customer engagement where required
- Contribute to bids, sales support and pre-sales scoping
- Support wider PMO delivery across other technology solutions when required
Skills Required
- Proven Project Management experience delivering CCaaS / Contact Centre technology implementations
- Strong understanding of the full technology project lifecycle
- Experience managing customers, third parties and technical stakeholders
- Strong governance, financial, risk and change management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
- CCaaS/CX implementation experience is essential
- Eligible for BPSS clearance as a minimum

Strong Differentiators
- NICE experience
- NPPV3 and/or SC eligibility
- Experience working within government or housing
- Experience with PSA/project management tools
- Certinia experience, particularly within a Salesforce environment
- Experience contributing to bids, pre-sales or solution scoping
