Role Description
The Project Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in the United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver programmes and projects that support small business leaders, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Managing project plans
- Tracking milestones
- Coordinating stakeholders
- Overseeing logistics for events, workshops, and resources
- Monitoring project risks and issues
- Facilitating inspections or quality checks where required
- Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve project processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor progress, follow up on deliverables, and resolve delays.
- Inspection-related skills to support quality assurance, compliance checks, and evaluation of project outputs.
- Logistics Management skills to organize resources, venues, materials, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, ideally within not-for-profit, public sector, or SME-focused environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Proficiency in common project management tools and software, and comfort working in a hybrid environment.
- Digital product development expertise.
- Relevant education or professional certification in project management (e.g., degree in a related field, PRINCE2, PMP) is beneficial.
- People skills, self drive, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong collaborative attitude.
