We are partnering with a premier social impact organisation to recruit a high-calibre Delivery Manager / Product Lead to drive complex, multi-stakeholder digital transformation initiatives across their portfolio.

📍 Location: Remote-First (1 day a month on-site in London)

Positioned at the intersection of public sector policy, data maturity, and digital innovation, this role empowers you to orchestrate high-impact technology programmes that directly improve lives and transform public services across the UK.

Rather than building tech for tech’s sake, our client’s multidisciplinary teams focus on building scalable infrastructure, national data frameworks, and modern digital capabilities for public and social sector ecosystems.

About the Organisation

Our client designs, funds, and scales innovative solutions to systemic social issues. Operating with the strategic agility of a top consultancy and the purpose-driven ethos of a non-profit, their teams combine deep expertise in data, public policy, and digital delivery.

They foster a highly collaborative, inclusive environment where cross-functional teams work together across key impact areas, including healthcare, children’s services, housing, and skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
