Are you an accomplished Construction Project Manager looking to play a leading role on one of London's most prestigious landmark developments?

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, engineering, coordination and delivery of a complex structural and scaffolding package on a nationally significant Grade I Listed structure.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of structural engineering, project management, temporary works and heritage conservation, managing a technically demanding programme where engineering excellence must be balanced with the preservation of historic fabric.

Reporting to senior project leadership, you will take ownership of the safe and successful delivery of extensive temporary works schemes, acting as the key interface between clients, heritage stakeholders, consultants and specialist contractors. You will ensure that engineering, programme, commercial and conservation objectives are fully aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead the planning, management and delivery of complex temporary works and structural packages from concept through to completion.
  • Develop and implement project delivery strategies, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, design, construction and heritage disciplines.
  • Monitor project progress and manage delivery risks, ensuring milestones and critical programme dates are maintained.
  • Prepare and present project reports, technical updates and programme reviews to senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
