Duties And Responsibilities
As the Onsite Project Manager, you will act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, driving requirement discovery, user story management, project planning, and successful delivery execution through Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders and end users to understand business needs and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and requirement validation meetings.
- Convert business requirements into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Manage backlog prioritisation, user story refinement, and business signoffs.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and track project plans, sprint schedules, dependencies, risks, and milestones using Azure DevOps.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and project deliverables.

Skills Required

- 10+ years of proven industry experience, with 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Strong stakeholder and business relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and user story creation.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.
- Experience managing onsite-offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-On Experience in Oracle HFM or RMS
