Permanent | Wimborne, Dorset | 40 hours per week | £45,000 to £55,000

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Transformational Change team and help deliver some of the projects shaping the future of Farrow & Ball.

Your initial focus will be our eCommerce acceleration programme, working across teams, technology and external partners to transform how customers experience Farrow & Ball online around the world.

This is a permanent role with real breadth. Alongside eCommerce, you’ll lead business wide change projects, work with stakeholders across our global organisation and turn ambitious ideas into well delivered, sustainable change.

About Farrow & Ball

Farrow & Ball has been creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper in Dorset since 1946. Today, we’re a global brand, with colour, creativity and an uncompromising approach to quality still at the heart of what we do.

Turn plans into progress

You’ll take ownership of projects from the earliest conversations through to delivery and review. You’ll create structure around complex work, bring the right people together and keep momentum high without losing sight of quality, governance or the bigger picture.

  • Lead multiple projects across our global business, with the eCommerce acceleration programme as an initial priority.
  • Build clear scopes, plans, objectives and timelines, then keep delivery on track against agreed budget, quality and deadlines.
  • Use the Farrow & Ball change framework, maintaining project plans, RAID logs, governance and reporting throughout delivery.

Bring people with you

Great project management is as much about people as it is about plans. You’ll work with colleagues across functions, countries and levels of seniority, as well as external web, technology and digital partners. You’ll create clarity, encourage collaboration and make sure conversations lead to decisions and action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Facilitate workshops and project meetings that are focused, useful and action oriented.
  • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and third party partners.
  • Keep colleagues informed through clear updates, communication plans and practical project reporting.

Navigate change with confidence

Projects rarely move in a perfectly straight line. You’ll spot risks, dependencies and resource challenges early, work through problems calmly and know when to escalate. You’ll be comfortable adapting plans when priorities shift, while keeping everyone focused on the outcome.

  • Manage changes to scope, schedules and costs, making the impact clear to stakeholders.
  • Work cross functionally to make sure solutions are practical, sustainable and work from end to end.
  • Review project performance and capture lessons that can strengthen future delivery.

What you’ll bring

You’ll already have a strong track record of managing complex projects and delivering against demanding timelines. Experience delivering digital or eCommerce projects is particularly important, especially where you have worked closely with external web, technology or digital partners.

  • Experience using recognised project and change methodologies, ideally including Agile.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience developing specifications and mapping processes or procedures.
  • Confidence working with hybrid, remote and internationally based teams.
  • A relevant Project Management qualification.
  • Experience in a premium, luxury, design led or consumer brand would be useful, but it is not essential. A professional change qualification or practitioner background such as Lean or Six Sigma would also be welcomed.

You may not have worked in paint, interiors or luxury before, and that’s absolutely fine. We’re interested in the experience, perspective and ideas you can bring from digital, retail, consumer or other complex project environments.

How you work matters too

You enjoy solving problems, can bring different viewpoints together and are confident challenging the status quo when there is a better way forward. Above all, you communicate clearly, take ownership and make complex change feel manageable for the people around you.

  • 25 days’ annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus bank holidays

If you need a reasonable adjustment or additional support at any stage of our recruitment process, please let us know. We’ll be happy to help.
